Refund Policy
Last updated: 11 June 2026
1. No refunds
All payments for nectr are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable mandatory law. nectr is operated by Genc Kastrati, Chêne-Bougeries, Switzerland, and is governed by Swiss law, which does not provide a general statutory right to withdraw from or obtain a refund for a digital service after purchase.
2. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops all future renewals; you retain access to paid features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before your renewal date. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period.
3. Try before you subscribe
Because payments are non-refundable, we encourage you to evaluate nectr on our free plan before subscribing, so you can confirm it meets your needs.
4. Billing problems
If you believe you have been charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after a confirmed cancellation — contact us at hello@nectr.ch from the email address associated with your account, and we will review and correct any genuine billing error.
5. Payment provider
Payments for nectr are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Where a refund is issued — whether required by law or to correct a billing error — it is returned through Paddle to the original payment method, and may take several days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer.
