# Kosova *thanks* you

Kosova Thanks You is a volunteer project, not affiliated with the
Government or Institutions of the Republic of Kosova.

## Privacy

The site counts visits with [Umami](https://umami.is),
open-source analytics that the project runs itself on a server in
Switzerland. No analytics company is involved, and the data is not shared
with anyone.

It sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, and does not follow
you across other sites or build advertising profiles. If your browser sends
Do Not Track, nothing is recorded at all.

For each visit it records the page, the site you came from, your browser,
operating system, device type, screen size and language, and an approximate
location (country, region and city) worked out from your IP address.

Your IP address itself is not stored. Repeat visits are counted with a
code made from your IP address and browser, which resets at the start of
every month. Nothing that names you, such as an email address or an account,
is ever collected.

It is used only to see, in total, how many people visit and from where.
Like any web host, Cloudflare, which serves this site, handles your IP
address to deliver the pages.
